Course Overview

This course provides an accessible, awareness-level introduction to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in UK workplace and public-facing contexts. It explores legal responsibilities, everyday behaviours, and practical inclusion through realistic case studies drawn from work, education, healthcare, and wider society. The course is principle-led rather than characteristic-by-characteristic, allowing learners from any sector to engage meaningfully.

By the end of the course, learners will:

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 20 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 100%.
