ICOL, short for Inspire College of Learning, is a UK online college. We help working adults gain Ofqual-regulated qualifications they can study around work and family, with tutor support and monthly payment plans.

Who we are
ICOL is short for Inspire College of Learning, a UK online college at inspirecollegeoflearning.com. We offer Ofqual-regulated OTHM and QUALIFI diplomas from Level 3 to Level 7, studied online, assessed by assignment and paid monthly. ICOL is a separate organisation from other colleges that use the word "Inspire" in their name.
We started ICOL so that people with jobs, families and busy lives can still gain a recognised UK qualification. You study online, at your own pace, and submit assignments instead of sitting exams.
Our diplomas are awarded by UK awarding organisations regulated by Ofqual, so each one sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework at a clear level, from the same level as A levels up to the same level as a master's degree.
A Level 5 or Level 7 diploma can be a step towards a university top-up degree or a master's, or into a management role. Universities and employers set their own entry requirements, and our advisors help you choose the level that fits your background and your goal.

Who awards your qualification
Your certificate is issued by the awarding body, not by us. Each one below is regulated by Ofqual, the qualifications regulator for England, and you can look up every qualification on the Ofqual Register.
