Refund Policy

1. Your cooling-off period

You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, starting on the date you enrol. During this period you can cancel your enrolment by contacting our finance team (see section 5).

2. Cancellation fee

If you cancel your enrolment during the cooling-off period, a course cancellation fee of £100 applies. The rest of the fees you have paid are refunded, subject to section 3.

3. If you have used course materials

If you have accessed or used course materials during the cooling-off period, we may make a proportionate deduction from your refund to reflect that use.

4. After the cooling-off period

Once the cooling-off period has ended, course fees are not refunded unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined by the College.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email our finance team at finance@inspirecollegeoflearning.com, giving:

• your full name and student number (if you have one)
• the course you enrolled on
• the reasons for your cancellation

6. How and when refunds are paid

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original payment, unless you ask us to use a different method. We aim to pay approved refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

7. If we cancel or change a course

In the unlikely event that we cancel a course you have enrolled on, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a refund, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
