How enrolment works
From choosing a course to your first login, everything happens online.

Pick your subject and level. Each course page shows the units, entry requirements, duration and fees.

Read the entry requirements on the course page, or ask an advisor to check your background for free.

Enrol and pay online
Pay in full or choose an interest-free monthly plan over 3 to 9 months. Every payment is shown before you pay.

We email your learning portal details, so you can start studying straight away.

Study and get certified
Learn online at your own pace, submit assignments with tutor support, and receive your certificate from the awarding body.
Entry requirements
Each course page lists its own requirements. As a guide:
- Age
- You need to be 18 or over for most of our diplomas.
- Previous study
- Higher levels build on lower ones: for example, a Level 7 diploma usually needs a degree or a Level 6 qualification.
- Work experience
- If you have no formal qualifications, relevant work or management experience may be accepted.
- English
- You study and write assignments in English, so you need to be comfortable reading and writing it.
Documents to have ready
Have digital copies (PDF or photo) ready so we can confirm your place quickly.
- Passport or national ID
- Your highest qualification certificate
- Academic transcripts (if you have them)
- An up-to-date CV
- Personal statement (only if we ask for one)
- Professional references (if you apply on work experience)

How long does enrolment take?
You can enrol online in a few minutes. Once your payment is confirmed, we email your learning portal details so you can start.
When can I start my studies?
Any time. Our online courses have no fixed term dates, so you start as soon as your enrolment is complete.
Are the courses 100% online?
Yes. You study online through our learning portal, at your own pace, from anywhere. Most courses are assessed by assignments, with no exams to sit.
Can I cancel my enrolment and get a refund?
Yes, within the 14-day cooling-off period from the date you enrol. A £100 course cancellation fee applies, and if you have already used course materials a proportionate deduction may be made to reflect that use. After the cooling-off period, course fees are not refunded unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined by the College.
How do I request a cancellation or refund?
Email our finance team at finance@inspirecollegeoflearning.com with your name, course and the reason you want to cancel. Refunds are paid to the payment method you used, unless you ask us to use a different one.
