I was working full-time while doing my Level 7 Diploma, so flexibility was really important for me. I could study around my work and the support was there whenever I needed it. Really pleased with the experience 👍

What is ICOL?
ICOL is short for Inspire College of Learning, a UK online college at inspirecollegeoflearning.com. ICOL offers Ofqual-regulated OTHM and QUALIFI diplomas from Level 3 to Level 7, studied online, assessed by assignment with no exams, and paid monthly.
Is ICOL connected to other colleges called "Inspire"?
No. ICOL (Inspire College of Learning) is a separate organisation from other colleges and training providers that use the word "Inspire" in their name. Our only website is inspirecollegeoflearning.com.
Can I study online with Inspire College of Learning?
Yes. Many of our programmes are delivered online, so you can study from a suitable location while balancing work, family or other commitments.
How do I choose the right qualification?
Compare courses by subject, level, duration and entry requirements on the courses page. If you are unsure, the admissions team can help you review your goals before you enrol.
Are fees and payment options shown before I enrol?
Yes. Each course page shows the fee and the payment options before you complete enrolment, including any deposit or monthly plan.
When can I start studying?
Start dates and access arrangements vary by qualification. Once your enrolment is processed, you receive your access details and next steps.
Can I speak to someone before applying?
Yes. Contact the admissions team with questions about course choice, eligibility, online study and payment options before you decide.
Can I cancel my enrolment and get a refund?
Yes, within the 14-day cooling-off period from the date you enrol. A £100 course cancellation fee applies, and if you have already used course materials a proportionate deduction may be made to reflect that use. After the cooling-off period, course fees are not refunded unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined by the College.
How do I request a cancellation or refund?
Email our finance team at finance@inspirecollegeoflearning.com with your name, course and the reason you want to cancel. Refunds are paid to the payment method you used, unless you ask us to use a different one.
